Expecting to harvest my heart's ideal - A castle of dreams built upon quicksand well, it, Lora, if you'd stop thinking of.... A castle.....upon quicksand.........maybe you'd actually get one on solid ground. think about it, my friend. [now Bri chuckles to himself, hoping he has rankled Lora a bit] ........... rankled? ? ? i really pulled that word out of my, so to speak; i probably NEVER used it and rarely have heard it used by others! ! to MyPoemList. bri :)

This is really good - I had to read it twice. The lines: Just a seed thrown by a desperate hand, expecting to harvest my heart's ideal- shows how a lonely heart will grasp at emotional straws, we just need to see it for what it is. A 10.
