(2) .....I am happiest, Rajnish Sir, as I have read the comments, it sounds loveliest in the Hindi Language. I am honoured and humbled, Sir! God´s Blessings be upon you perpetually and your beloved family. Amen.
Thanks a lot for your kind words and good wishes. I hope to get your support in future, too.
Dear Rajnish Sir, I have a shy habit, so when I have seen this translation for the very first time, I wished to THANK YOU, but because of shyness, I have read the poem a few times ad then left the page and in my heart I have thanked YOU. Master Poet Kumarmani Mahakul Sir knows more about me, you can ask him. I am as shy as his eldest son, though we differ much in age. Please read number (2) Thank you.
Perhaps you are talking about Shri Pintu Mahakul. I can understand your position. It's okay. It has been an honour and a privilege to translate some of the most extraordinary poems which I happen to come across. This poem is surely one such poem. My sincere thanks to you, Ma'am.
Another brilliant translation of a powerful narrative poem. Lovely.
It's a pleasure having received a very positive feedback. Thanks a lot.
A Big Thank You, Rajnish ji. It is impossible to leave the page without giving my full vote for you.
Deeply indebted to you for your generous and kind words of appreciation, Geeta ji.
Dear Rajnish ji, First of all i am so grateful to you for translating beautiful poems into Hindi. You are a King of Hindi language. This makes the poem so very wonderful. The usage of appropriate words, the style and rhythm, makes the poem stand out in brilliant colours. Lastly and not the least, by translating the poems into rich and beautiful Hindi, you are doing a tremendous service to the world of poetry and literature.
I'm fortunate to have great support and encouragement from fellow poets and friends like you without which it would have been unthinkable to carry on. What you have said about translations, is absolutely true because these are like bridges linking distant people with diverse cultural and linguistic traditions. Further, I am contributing a little bit in this regard. God bless our wonderful poets and dreamers of beauty, truth and well being for one and all.
This is a heart rending essay poem. I read Sylvia's poem sometime back and was touched by it. It teaches us a lesson, never to delay in responding to a person's call or message. Sometimes, it turns tragic, in the sense that the person is no more to listen to you. The mental anguish for the person who never responded is something so painful. I have heard similar true stories of life.
Yes, these stories appeal to our sensibilities because of their humaneness. Thanks, Geeta ji, for a very heartfelt review of the poem.
Thank you so much, dear Dr. Geeta for your constant support. Indeed you have been to my poem site and have left most valuable comments, for which I am still very thankful to you. Such a precious visit is not to be measured in words. They just don´t suffice. Gratefully yours, Sylvia
