An Empty Space Comments

I could really rely on this one...cause i know how its feel to have an empty space...since my wife died its not same anymore. thanks for sharing

Very touching. A dog certainly offers a lot, not as much as a cat which we have, but we would not have it otherwise for now. We did have a dog once. Not glad that you find youself working longer. Hope you get another dog soon.

we learn gratefulness from these animals - and with their unfailing show of affection we do tend to miss them. I miss my scamp and understand how you feel. Human beings get tired but these pet occupants of our home and hearth somehow get into a special place in our hearts - the vacuum is terrible. just love your poem. and thanks for your appreciation
