Great imagery in your poem about perception.....the speakers vs. another person's thoughts. 'of unraveling words you had merely read' speaks volumes about really having a thought out perspective that has traction and understanding. The speaker here is skeptical and unconvinced about other's perspectives unless they are well thought out, internalized and explained. Good to be skeptical yet open. Thanks for sharing Susan.
