I agree with you wholeheartedly Luc.. This is an age of solipcism indeed with people turning themselves into excessively self-indulgent, entitled human beings who barely recognise the existence of other human beings.. We are in a real pathetic condition in terms of comprehending the basic ideas of human existence.. And although I am not a very big fan of morality à la Kant - there should be a universal rule that if you cannot say good things or good things for others, at least make sure you do not do bad things to them..
Maybe a bit more common sense, a little less cynicism, and bit more humanism around will change it a lot... Thanks for sharing.
