An Accumulation Of Grace Poem by Gary James Smith

An Accumulation Of Grace

Rating: 5.0

AN ACCUMULATION OF GRACE

An accumulation of grace
provides
Needed strength for the weary soul
For when sin abounds grace abounds much more
How I thank You O my Lord
That Your dear presence in my life
Affords me, a constant peace
By all-sufficiency of Your grace
The power over sin is received

Ĺord in my meditation time
I cannot help but give You praise
For dismantling sin by way of the cross
And through Your amazing grace
And by the hymn of that same name
Written by a sinner that whom Lord You saved
My Conquering Saviour, Thou Lamb of God
Guarantees we'll rise from the grave!

So Hallelujah for Thy grace
I praise You for it's accumulation
To be stored up grace upon grace
Graced recipients of Your Salvation
For we are saved by grace through faith
Not of works lest anyone should boast
To us who've repented and trusted in Christ
Our lives will never be toast!

Hallelujah, what a Saviour!
