Amongst Spin-Drifts Poem by Jodie Bawden

Amongst Spin-Drifts

Rating: 5.0

Take off your clothes
Let your souls bare free;
I'll take your hand
As we rush for the sea.

The wind will whip our faces,
We fly down towards the rocks.
Dipping and diving through the spin-drifts;
Both our hearts now unlocked.

From the bellow of the Ocean
To the haziness of passing time;
Nothing in this existence
Grasps your hand as tightly as mine.

So, just before we jump
I'll look at you and you look at me,
And we make the unspoken promise,
That together we will always be.
