Amidst The Himalays. Poem by Subrata Ray

Amidst The Himalays.

Amidst The Himalays

Amidst the hills and frozen valleys,
The Beauty of meditative Nature concentrates
A glimpse of Eternal Lonliness flourishes.

The Primitive Nowhere, questions Where?
The Brahmin with its mystic Tranquility awakens,
Time's tyranny almost ceases.

OM OM OM roaring echo vibrates,
The Lonely Lone from the Vase,
Recognises Hereafter SAMADHIC REST.

No trailing Clouds here find entry,
Nor the garbage of profits and gains,
Still nor the Poet and Teacher in the brain.

Myself and my bigger Self coincide and mingle,
The Grotosque of Vast Unconscious prevails,
As if slipped I away from Body's Jail.

Amidst The Himalays.
