AMEN

Amen Lord for another day
In the which You blessed
when I did pray
Everything seemed to fall into place
When I offered up a prayer
Amazing grace!
Others had advice contrariwise
But I in You remained as a vice
And You brought to fruition the reward
Because I trusted in Your Word

Steadfast faith gets the victory
Without a doubt when we believe
Awesome are You heavenly Father
Life with You is so much better
That old life of sin and shame
Dealt with it when I was born again

Hallelujah's now a natural response
From a heart that was silent once
But faith has made this captive free
Praise God for Jesus... My Victory!
In my constant abiding in Him
I can have victory over sin
Such cleansing power in the blood
Thank You Jesus and thank You, God
