Am I This Face's Wearer? Poem by james watkin

Am I This Face's Wearer?

Am I this face's wearer?
It feels not to resemble
That smoothly amiable
Of my inner expression.

My voice too, is it put on?
Whence comes this savage, that runs
Rough over rhythmical tongues
Of my true intonation?
