Yeah, there is nothing wrong in being selfish when one has to perform ones duty honestly. you are so open to confess. Very nice.
We all are little selfish and there is no harm in being selfish but always keeping our priorities over others is a something to ponder on. The subject and the poem is thought provoking, enjoyed it. Thanks for sharing 10+++

Really nice poem, I think it's part of human nature to be self-centered at times but so long as we don't lose sight of our humanity that's the main think.
