Along The Golden Avenue Poem by Evelyn Judy Buehler

Along The Golden Avenue

Rating: 5.0

gilt leaves are falling
at the last thrill of summer
life is filled with change

sunshine fills the noon
scattering leaves cars go by
on a tree lined street

brisk winds whip my hair
red cardinal is staying
for the joys of snow

a spongy carpet
on a path that goes for miles
ending in the spring

I wrote the poem 'Listen Adore Season Song Changes In Nature', inspired by the poem 'Along The Golden Avenue', by the poet Evelyn Buehler and dedicated to Evelyn Buehler.

I wrote the split images 'Gilt Leaves Silent Whisper Sing To Divine Nature' and 'Birth Cycles Of Nature Sing In Receptive Minds', inspired by the poem 'Along The Golden Avenue', by the poet Evelyn Buehler and dedicated to Evelyn Buehler.

'gilt leaves are falling at the last thrill of summer life is filled with change' beautiful lines, your poem is a song of nature, and I adored the last stanza, heading off in 'a spongy carpet on a path that goes for miles ending in the spring' wonderful

Beautifully penned poetry. Very nicely captured a feel of autumnal descend covering us all with its blissful message of change. Thank-you.
