Dear Sylvia, thank you so much for your comment, I'm sorry for the delay in responding. I was about to retire from the PH. Advertising annoyed me all the time. But today I got a message from RN that there are comments on my page and I decided to look in and respond. I will definitely visit you.

The better half of my life's gone I stay between twilight and dawn. All seems gone and nothing left, I'm a loser, my Sun bereft. my earthly life burns down........from your poet's notes i understand your words in the poem much better........yes our life will end. But we have lived a life. that life is good and we have done a lot of good....... we shall offer our life into the hands of the loving and eternal father. Tony

Regrets and unrealized hopes and dreams. Hopelessness, given up and feeling of defeated. Such a mixture of strong feelings. Don't loose your faith in a helping hand. We are all lonely islands in the ocean of life. Hang in there. Congrats for POD.

Thanks, Amir. I will fight until I am completely broken and defeated. We all walk under God.

Hang in there, Valentin. Sometimes being alone with yourself is better than having the company of certain other people! Being alone also gives you the chance to come up with new poems. Your poem is touching. Keep listening to that voice that says 'not yet'. Don't be tempted to decide on your own that it's time. Let God decide.
