There is so much pain and suffering in the world. No one knows what tomorrow will bring, so don't fill your mind with sorrows. Enjoy your life, the sunshine, and everything around you, for life is meant for the living. Smile for a while and keep enjoying.

It makes no sense to worry. Change what you can, and accept what you can't. Focus on the positive; don't dwell on the negative. It isn't easy, but you mustn't give in.

Things happen; they always do. There's nothing you can do about it, so if you encounter a wall, find a way to go around it. How you deal with challenges determines the outcome. Don't let them drive you crazy. If you can't change it, then just accept it.

You must rise to every occasion. Set your goals high and work to achieve them. Raise the bar and strive for your dreams. You can't achieve anything if you don't believe in yourself. The race is not always for the swift but for those who endure. You can't win if you don't try. Shed no more tears and open your eyes.
