Hmm. I thought the torment of pain was the most unusual item - everything else seems to have either a neutral or positive connotation. But I liked the flow. -chuck

I like this a lot, but dare I say that a 'cluster' of showers seems a tiny bit odd to me? I feel really mean saying so after everyone else's enthusiastic comments, and criticizing one single word (I cannot criticize the rest) , but that was my reaction. Nevertheless it is a beautiful poem and flows seemingly effortlessly. Well done.
