The last two lines strike me as the essence of this poem: NO ONE WILL TELL THE SECRET AND ANSWERS TO US DISCLOSE. The mystery at the heart of things will remain a mystery. With respect to poets that is probably the mystery of their inspiration and the source of their creativity, neither of which they (we) can possess like ordinary knowledge. Isn't that why WE love music like Mahler's 9th? It gives us the sense of being at the heart of hidden things, of being enveloped by their wonder even if we don't understand them.

This is a very clever poem! So... All poets are the walking dead... And what kind of knowledge do those who die and then rise up again alive, but in their dead bodies know? ;) . So deep and comedic at the same time. Well done!
