He thought, 'I'm gonna do it today! '
He thought, 'I'm gonna do it tomorrow! '

He bought 'This is useful for me! '
He recommended 'This is a really good value! '

He resolved 'I'll make a fresh start this month! '
He swore 'I'll change myself next year for sure! '

However, he never did it.
Although he did it, he couldn't continue to do it.
He was good at only deciding.
