There's nothing wrong with being married or single. The thing that is wrong is when someone judges a person because of the circumstances..a ten..

Sharing living one's life with another is a choice... Yet I wouldn't advice living alone!

Every individual has his or her right to charter a course of life of his or her choosing. However the sad part of it is, as the poet admits, people's misinterpretation. A beautiful poem on the current state of affairs and I am happy that this poem has been chosen as the poem of the day. Congratulations!

This is the sad reality of our society. But I hope being a mature poet you will be an inspiration to coming generation. Must help them to learn to struggle to make their special places. Very nice. Congrats.

Poets should have the courage to attack injustices reining the social set-ups. These may differ from society to society, yet they exist. I admire Rimni's brevity to do just that. This is a praise worthy write. Thanks for sharing.X

A very bold but caustic commentary on the status of women, and unmarried women in particular. Eye-opening. A slap on the face of our hypocrite society. Thanks, please.
