Agile Agitator Poem by Doris Cornago

Agile Agitator

Time
Inconstant
Indeterminate
Yet abundant in
Your hands for life
Yearning idly waiting
Daily dancing on a horse
Dueling a dormant albatross
Agile agitator aggravates us
Revolution, resistance roars
Weaving waves of every shade
Mind's mundanity terminator
Mix me a potion for pain
Fleeing from your hold
Emptying barrels bold
Targeting a runaway
Distant treks cold
Take me back now
Encase in palms
Sore hearts
Splintered
40 Carats
Gold

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
We hate to be held back and want freedom but in the end, we come back into the safety of familiar arms. Despite the talk lately about revolutions, resistance, and waves of every shade defying lasting relationships, we should really be nurturing loyalty with someone who understands us best, he who has the purest intentions for us, not mundanity, but of a deep mutualism. We should not seek intellectual sophistication and worldliness, or disillusionment, but seek to be pure in motivation. The more we are hurt, the more we are purified, regardless. This poem is dedicated to Mr. KEY, my Dark Knight.
COMMENTS OF THE POEM
Doris Cornago 22 November 2018

The rugged ragged peaks of the poem's outline intentionally demonstrates the up and down in relationships before its final denouement, Don't be scared of tensions and contentions in relationships but persevere, as the final reward is worth all the sacrifices.
