Exquisite imagery depicting words linked together as tenderly as arms around a waist - romance at it's best, thank you for this Laurie

Exquisite rhyme, rhythm, atmosphere. The second verse is, for me, particularly special. Hard to write a romantic poem without going over the top, but you achieve it spectacularly.

A love poem that is just so romantic and so artfully crafted. The words lilt on and I never wanted it to stop. Your imagery is vivid and unforgettable. 10 Karin Anderson

A gently lyrical poem with warmth and tenderness to spare. It's such a joy to read traditional poetry that rhymes and scans so well. A fine romantic write. Love, Allie ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥
