Afternoon Leftovers Poem by Wamii Flyer

Afternoon Leftovers

Stationary, hot, and steamy soup
Carrots gathered in a group
Swimming in my silver spoon
I sip to a cheerful tune

Next dish, minced meat, and rice
Oh god, it's inedible, cold as ice
But I'm starving, so I'll eat it either way
Although, this has ruined my day

''Dang, I'm nauseous now. I guess I'll have a staredown with the food.''
