“When I saw my reflection in his eyes I had to dive in, just to see where it leads, ” .........and it lead where? ? optic nerve, most likely! “But only after a heart has been shattered Can the light of truth and reason come in”/.MY heart is too hard to shatter; it has had some minor bruising however. “Lord, give me strength to cope with the aftermath! ” … better include Taylor with Lord. the more the merrier! though this is trying to sound tragic AND it borders on a love poem, I would like to include it in my/our November “a showcase for PH poets”, Section B. What’s that? you accept my idea? ? Thanks! ! ! lovely write, in a way, as usual. bri :) and to MyPoemList as well
