After The War Comments

Excellent poem, evocative and utterly compelling. The poem asks a simple question which is complex to its core, suggesting that war is a radical short-sighted approach to conflict but after the dust settles who will toil the soil of that nation to rebuild the nation from ruins back to civility.

War is such a devastating ordeal. Never knowing what or who will survive. A very thoughtful poem.
