After reading this poem I feel as if my senses have been magnified a thousand fold. Suddenly I can see the raindrops in slow motion, hear the music they play and feel wonder. Taking time to notice the beauty of nature is so important for happiness. Thank you again for another poem that floods my senses and helps me appreciate the world around me.

Only a keen sense of observation can alone capture the vivid description that you have so brilliantly captured in the poem. Wonderful!

I share that sensation of glistening leaves after a summer squall when the sun re-emerges. Thanks. Madhavan

Very pleasantly worded, Ma'm. A couple of days back I was to Kochi and Kayamkulam and happened to witness what you described. As I said before, you have an eye for details and are adept at description, two valuable assets a poet must necessarily possess. (10)

Their distinct tinkling Falls as music to my ears! That music is eternity itself. Everything is described all pleasantness. I wonder what the sad refrain was for. Beautiful poem that elated me with every drop. Thank you.

The rain drops want to cling on to leaves, but they lose their balance and fall down.... hence the sad refrain! Thank you sir!
