when dark clouds quickly vanished
it looked so immaculate, spotlessly blue
When the noise of cosmic hiss subsided

Well I picture this scene, Valsa, and the feeling it brought on for you. Two of my own poems come to mind—Snail Mornings and Semi-retired in Early Spring. The inspiration we find in nature! Do you know Gerard Manley Hopkins’ sonnet God’s Grandeur? Glen

In that quiet when dream and life coalesced I saw the leaves trembling in the cold Dragonflies performing a ballet in the air Their wings catching glints of sunlight Spiders moving round crystal studded webs Repairing the broken filaments of their gossamer And birds from trees taking off into the sky- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -YES! ! ! ! ! These details are so vivid so real so true that I am standing there witnessing the dragonflies, spiders, and birds doing their thing in the respite from the wind..... just as we return to our daily chores after scrambling under cover from a chaotic downpour of rain or 50 mph windstorm. You are a terrific poet with such a fine and discriminating eye for the details that strengthen and vividly illustrate your work! Awesome, my friend. 10

Beautiful images capturing the richness and crispness post heavy rainfall. Everything suddenly bursts alive with activity as the world steps from her shower and glows in her new clean colors.I love how your pen captures the light and beauty in the ballet of your poems.

Dark cloud quickly vanished and her liquid sorrow went away. Spotless blue sky appeared before and vision was clearly made. Dream and life coalesced. Leaves trembled in coldness. The beauty of nature amazed mind. Light blazoned suddenly and suspended raindrops glittered. Droplets of joy were painted in heart and soul. A great imagery is drawn in this excellently penned poem...10
