Africa Unlimited (I) Poem by DOMINIC PREMPEH

Africa Unlimited (I)

Somewhere Africa
Greediness surmounts the heart
And nothing is done for free

Somewhere in Africa
Destitution and hopelessness reign
And deficiencies throng

Somewhere in Africa
Opportunities are limited
And one only hangs on to hope

Somewhere in Africa
Lies, insults and propaganda fill their politics
And stomach-politicians scam seemingly educated folks

Somewhere in Africa
Religion has fooled the masses
And beliefs are killing wisdom

Somewhere in Africa
Poverty unmounts affluence
And good living is a mirage!
