Advise To My Daughter Poem by George Kaluwa

Advise To My Daughter

Rating: 5.0

My daughter, I have realized that you have come of age now
Come near this fireplace and open your ears wide
Let them sip the wisdom that I never had a chance to gallop
These women you see
These old aged women you despise now were once girls
Their flat chests then caused men to be restless
Even flat they may look now
Their waists were the reasons for mens mayhems
When they were in full blossom of Coca-Cola bottle shapes
Even though their backs and waist seem indifferent now
Make hay while the sun is shining
