PH moved me to this page while i was away from PC. i'm glad it did. just a wild guess: (two guesses in fact) 1- you are as old as i am or more so ** [see additional comments] & 2- this poem is really about you and a lover (wife?) and she died or 'went away' some other way. (cont.)
A wonderful use of language in this Uriah. This is a beautiful, relective piece and the use of mirror and picture as metaphor is put to great use here.
