Yes! Doing what we want is when we combust matters not in what we thrust

I would like to see this in a slightly different way than Pam.. When we find a work of pure art - say a fine painting or a great poem - it thrills us to go and seep in its essence.. But then there is a strange chill - we wonder, as artists, what have we done or doing? ? Is it not our duty to return something to the greats? ? ? Their talents then burns a creative will, if I may call it so, to produce something which will be a reflection of our own individual selves, but at the same time will go down as a homage to the great artists that have preceeded us.. A small offering to our ancestors, fellow artists, or even ones who are far younger than us! ! A wonderful poem Sandra.. I loved it..

I get this. When I experience a piece of art, from whatever genre, it may emerge, presented by a talented artist, I get chills, emotions, feel the burn.
