When you say Adieu, it is always a sad goodbye. Beautifully phrased and melancholic by the great Poet G.G.Byron.

Most beautifully worded, but full melancholic tunes and tones in this ardent Farewell Tribute to a country he most loved. Very sad and tragic but that made this a most beautiful Farewel Song.

'A few short hours, and he will rise To give the morrow birth' - an inspiation to bear with the darkness!

This is a poem of farewell and there is a bit of lament here. It seems that the place addressed in this poem is very much loved.
