Acrid Pace Poem by Ging Taping

Acrid Pace

Rating: 5.0

Another ordinary day
nothing so special but contented
living a life at the top of the world
like a queen inside her castle
I have everything
No problems to tackle nor complicated.

But suddenly the tables are turned
wheels wiggled stumble and fall.
It happened so fast
i am not ready i wasn't prepared
What will i do now? 'I don't know!
Pain travelling my veins deadened my body
tears rushing down my cheek i taste the pang
I shouted out grinned my fang
Nothing left for me now but crown of thorns.

How can i begin assembling the pieces again
How can i rebuild the foundation and fix the broken pattern
The knowledge that i have they took it away.
