Abstinence Poem by Hebert Logerie

Abstinence

I don't want to make love
To you, my angel, my dove
‘Cause you're a special virgin
No love, no sex, no gin
For you tonight ever
‘Cause you're my flower
I simply want to hold your hand
‘Cause you're my dear friend
If I invite you in my heaven
You'll no longer be a virgin
You and I are soul mates
If we do it, my God will have a fit
You and I are teammates
We can laugh, kiss and date
But we can't make love
I love being with you my dove
And that's it
And that's it
No love, no smoking, and no gin
I want you to remain
Sexy, hot and beautiful
For me, that's wonderful
That's great and different
That's charming and sufficient.

Hebert, a poem of principle that very few can follow. Maybe, a priest.
