But  if it's a result  of a rape or incest
A trauma which she carries  life long
When her purity is robbed off.

This poem poses the problems associated with abortion. The answers remain with each woman A complexity of unwanted sperms is not easily resolved..+++10

This ia a burning issue against obortion that you have inscribed touchingly. Victim of rape and social stigma compels a woman to do this but it is a great sin. We must protect her life. Beautifully penned.

Dear poet, Conceiving a dream and desire of a woman But if it's a result of a rape or incest A trauma which she carries life long When her purity is robbed off. my opinion is if the reason of Conceiving is by rape or incest the male chavanism and the arrogant man only punished. the child should not punished. for this cause the society will change it's attitude while a new baby is born. the society should not ask who is father of this child the society will became as mother hood society as like old history thanks for sharing such a great poem

A brilliant piece of writing on a most difficult subject. With heart-felt emotion, you have made the reader search her/his soul. A moral dilemma that may not be solved for quite some time. But with writings of this quality, the process might be expedited. Congratulations! ! !

This is one of the hardest dilemma for society especially to the victim, of course abortion is wrong but in this case it is difficult, i know a future mother still love the child but who going to be well, when the traumatic of being raped and born the child from this dark event...will society be fair to the victim? to the innocent child? im not sure if it happened in west but in Asia part there still of stigma and it cause a stress to the the victim...the social question you raised here is boldly important. Good one Rini. i am glad in this website we are able to share opinion and express what in our thoughts, its not just we write and post...some good life question/society can be a good thing for us..although we are not presidents of our countries but at least we are aware of how we going to face this...thanks Rini.

Hi Rini, A very pertinent question you have raised here. I believe that the question should be left to her to answer. For, she is the absolute owner of her body. Instead of poking all these questions of morality before her, we should try and instill in her courage to take the decision, which she thinks, is right. We should make her bold enough to stand by her decision. We should respect her enough so that she never has an occasion to remember the unpleasant decision.. This is what is due by us, every individual member of a responsible society. Very bold, relevent and responsible poem. True to the bold Rini. A 10+ for this boldness.

Abortion may be unpleasant..but necessary to get rid of unintended pregnancy, if medically possible....but then psychological counselling is absolutely essential to infuse courage to the victim woman......your poem has boldly exposed this present burning issue in our society..thanks for sharing...

It's all about to respect the emotions of a woman and choice is hers..money can't replace what is lost, Mental support is the prime factor.
