i find my worthy colleagues comment a bit harsh.... i bit of imagination and a peek into history, a sensitivity to others religious belief...and nothing remains unclear or hidden it is a marvelous portrayal of a common happening in India loaded with peace and harmony....a return...so to say well written.liked it a lot cheers sat
Well, my mind is a little like this- I sense the presence of god, but not like in scriptures (any scriptures I guess) but if we humans must worship a god, we must use familar things (words..scriptures, etc) and so I have no disturbance with holy verses, but I find this poem appealing because it leaves certain things open to interpretation (at least in my mind from reading it) and I enjoyed the feeling of awe it contained. (for me anyway)
