Seek forth, deep within,
That dark feeling is kin,
And growing completely,
It's begging to greet me,
To hide in the veil,
Of my fear to fail,
Of my love for one,
Of mistakes undone,
Time is a cruel man,
With an unchangable plan,
And, at his command,
You will sit, you will stand,
You will cherish the past,
You will hope it will last,
You will be crushed inside,
With no place left to hide,
And as your past haunts you,
As decisions made taunt you,
Remember to stay true,
To what life has taught you.
Breathe,
So you may progress yet again,
Heed,
All the warnings you receive, my friend,
For life was not meant,
To be wasted, but spent,
On your dreams that you crave,
All alone, feeling brave,
Yet that decision you made,
Will lead to your grave.
So cherish the moment you're living in now,
Be convinced that it's great, some way some how,
Only then will you die in the best of graces,
Leaving all your regrets, in their respective places.

Derrick, I find my head nodding profusely with this one... regretfully, too much more and I may have to abandon it... nah, kidding.. but I will move on all the better for reading this...
