thought provoking poem. difficult choices. i like the subject. Rohan you show a lot of promise. Mamta
you implied something...but you made it quick to an end...a good subject of concept to elaborate with palatable words...but keep writing...
We often ask the question why; Why is it this way? and I think you've captured it well. In a world that is speeding up its time to remain, who will take the step and change? Yes...we have all that going on in the world: Ships sinking in wars, life being born in mess, no one cheering but sorrow about, and what man should do is look at what humans have accomplished already, and be content in what time they have until the world ends. It will end Rohan, and no one individual religion can mark the time of completion. You even mention religion. I found that the new Kingdom lives within us and is operated by our measure of faith inside us. God will work with that measure in you and work it for your good. Keep writing more like this poem, and you will get answers to some of the confusing questions you have wanted answered; I believe that.
Both the sinking shilp and the babies should be looked into. There are enough men and women in this world and if they join their hands together, they can do wonders and look after everything well.
It is extremely difficult when one is deciding what to give up, excellent poem. Melvina
here you throw a good question...rebounding, you catch the answer too...an impressive write, rohan...
Again I liked your voice but you could have had more puch with more polish. However, I have read only two poems and your voice comes thrught. I like your style. Keep writing
The world is indeed a 'speedy' place. Abandon the frivolous, cherish and take time for the things that are eternal. Thank you for sharing! ! !
Title is great......your reach to decide what to give up is coming out loud and clear...good write!
Speedy world, fast life, fast food-these words have become common in our day to day life. Well said.
