THis another of your poems I will save in my favorites...and oddly enough, I was interrupted during the reading of this poem by a call from my step-daughter who has recently moved to Uganda, another troubled nation. Your poem speaks of sadness in a beautiful way...difficult to do. Raynette

Michael this was a wondefully crafted poem. Your questioning or should I say I wonder why is sad but very beautiful. I still live in Africa, I do not think I can ever leave, I love it so much. I am comforted by a thought that everything changes and it will not always be like this. Perhaps your spirit knows. I thank you for this poem. Bob Blackwell
