It was today last year
When our hearts became one

It was this festive season
When we swore, we‘ll be together forever

Every month I wished you
A happy You n Me!

Each second of each day
I felt blessed to be with you

Never in my dreams did I ever think
That you will remain
Nothing more than just a memory

Nothing more than a lost love
Which I’ll chase for eternity

Everyone around is happy
Celebrating, smiling and laughing

But all I can do is
Cry in pain and think
Why did you go away

Our love alas! could not even last a year together
But today I wish you a Happy You and Me! Again
