You are quite right....! In our educational system there is less stress laid on oral practice while written assignments are given a lot of importance. As a result our students are able to write well. But when it comes to talking, students lack communication skills. They fail miserably in interviews. This restricts even brighter students from getting placed in lucrative professions!
