Lovely poem. Our living arrangements make us dependent to one another but we mustn’t depend on any body for our happiness.

Wise words from a wise man, but I never knew he wrote poems as well, and what a surprise!

Short and nice. Loved the way the poet has inked his thoughts. Enjoyed thoroughly.

A philosophical poem with great substance. Although poet is not alive we too are enjoying his poems in the same manner.

O dear! that artful boy My table will not share! But, Sir, I shall enjoy My rest, though you're not there! .......so impressive and touching. Normal attitudes in stead of wrath. Beautifully penned.

Ironic rejection in an era when women should have been subservient to men.

Very good portrayal of a woman who, after being left alone by her lover, would not like to reveal her anxiety or pain. She would rather show her indifference to her lover' absence while indulging in her daily activities in a normal manner. Great poem.
