you had me 'worried' at the end of the second line; i'm glad i read onward! but i think there are plenty of homes where the father is a better parent than the mother and other families where both parents are about equally responsible for good results in raising children etc. nice little poem. bri :) my mom was certainly more noticeable to me when i was a kid. my dad worked so much to support us.
