A Whole New Woman (Sonnet # 132) Poem by Tina Baaklini

A Whole New Woman (Sonnet # 132)

I am but a heart, a wandering one.
We share together our precious heartbeat.
We're two halves destined to merge into one,
As two sides of a peach that do complete.

Grateful I am for your love so divine.
You're tenderer on my soul than I am.
I am the sculpture you softly design.
From your love, I become a whole new woman.

When I lose myself, I find me in you.
Thank you for being your priority.
Amid the harsh drought, you're the tender dews.
Thank you for loving me devotedly.

You pour from the waterfall of your soul
Pure love that waters my core, evermore.
