Story of red rose and white rose is beautifully compared and presented in this excellent poem. Love motivates and bring opportunity for learning.

Roses (may be red, white or cream-white) carry with them our emotions and feelings to a loved one. Nicely presented. Thanks.

A beautiful little exposition on the rose as symbol of love. Itself a cliche this poem rescues the trite, over-done trope by turning it gently, sweetly and examining the symbolism against the true feelings in the heart. An excellent application of intellect in alliance with emotion to bring about a greater depth of perception regarding our human response in the world. Delicate and delicious.

I have read a lot of poems on roses, but this is the best. You wrote new life into a subject that is used repeatedly.Well done, romantic, sweet and different
