A Whisper Of The Same Breath Poem by Mystic Qalandar

A Whisper Of The Same Breath

This breath is not alien, nor apart from the soul—
It is the passion and the pain of a single breath.

The stars are not strangers, nor wandering shadows,
They are revelations of that fiery breath,
Lamps of the ancient secret,
Throbbing in my pulse,
Stirring the veils of dreams.

To call another a stranger
Is to deny one's own essence;
For every breath carries that primordial warmth,
Every particle affirms the same supreme truth.

We are not many, but a single wave—
An endless ocean
Mistaking itself for countless drops.

And when the eye awakens,
Distances will vanish on their own,
Borders will dissolve into air,
And it will be clear:

No line of separation, no wall of distinction—
The air in your lungs
Is the same that hums through deserts,
The same whisper
That lives in the heart of all beings.
