A Watercolour Of Shells Poem by james watkin

A Watercolour Of Shells

Behold what waves, withdrawing
From beaches discard;
What Neptune's locks, pearly
Flowing back over
Cause to uncover:
A supremeness, valued with
An artist's regard;
Refuse, one would compliment
Another's taste to
Water-brush anew.
