Friend when one has had true love in their life it is never wasted, for some part of that love remains within and is always there, even should new love come alongit will shine alongside adding strength and growing more powerful, I wish it for you 10 ++ Chris

Love is the most hotly debated feeling in poems, and I loved this poem because it shows me another point which I usually ignore deliberately as I am always on alert to defend love.

Love is as natural as waking and sleeping. It is the rising of the sun and the warm cloak of night.Love is fierce and vengeful, slaying all who come in contact with it inflicting wounds that never heal.Love is never valued until lost.Love has the brevity of the assassins knife to pierce the heart and spill blood. Love inflicts pain when it is transferred to another. Love is life.....and death. Sid xxx

If it is love, then it is love, if it is not love, it will not live.10/10

If even the smallest spark of love remains, it can be chafed into a flame. It endures all things. Excellent write. Always your friend, Sandra

Some magnificent lines: 'Crumbling, loves debris/Crashes through hopes' is superb. 'Duty then treads on the /Heels...' is an insightful and oh so true verse. The words of a wise lady so eloquently arranged. S :)
