A Walnut Tree Poem by james watkin

A Walnut Tree

Look upon it; agreeing that no more
This image could astound
Fits a couples' quiet meeting-place
For what is chaired thereround.

If too complacently i've spoke we'll know
A mere one week later!
By then the livelier rendezvous of
Bee, and its bloomed lover.
