A Valentine's Message For You Poem by Mario, Lucien, Rene Odekerken

A Valentine's Message For You

If words could carry the weight of my heart,
they'd spill like rivers, endless and true,
but even the vastest currents
could never hold the depth
of what I feel for you.

You are not just a name in my thoughts,
not just a face etched in memory--
you are the pulse beneath the quiet,
the warmth woven into the spaces
where silence used to live.

With every breath,
I carry echoes of you--
in the way the light falls soft in the morning,
in the stillness between heartbeats,
in the way love feels less like a word
and more like a place I return to,
again and again.

This isn't just a Valentine's note,
folded in the shape of fleeting affection.
It's the truth stitched into my soul,
the kind that lingers long after
roses fade and paper hearts are tucked away.

I don't just love you.
I am love,
because you exist.
