Ahmad, like you I feel sad for the plight of the Palestinians, for sixty years they have fought to right the wrong and gain their homeland again. But somtimes a cause only breeds more hate, which causes even more death and suffering to family, freinds and children. What is needed is a just compromise by the Israeli's to end the bloodshed. Just think if they felt love for each other there would be no problem and they could all help to build one land for all.

Powerful piece with sharp, penetrating images. I can feel the frustration and hopelessness. As you point out there are more worthy horizons to strive for.

Those people have lost their hearts, they have sold it to evils. They hear women's screaming as calming melody. Great piece.

Dear Ahmad, I feel strongly about this situation in the Middle East which your poem so aptly describes. However, I think that both sides should cease from aggression.I empathize with the bereaved on both sides.

You should read MATT: 24 in the Bible. Times of the gentiles. Jesus will return on MT. OLIVE and stop it all
