The one who tucked me in bed at night, and the one who listened to my tears. True description of a mom who can 'listen' to their children's silent tears! Most moms are like that. Your expression is eloquent, words fluent and appropriate and thoughts utterly clear. It's a joy to be with you, through your poems.

This is a beautiful poem, Claudia, in praise of a loved one: caring, intimate, and tender. A contemporary work, with deep sentiments, but without being maudlin. A fine work.
